Dr. Larry Grosman

Dr. Larry Grosman is the president and CEO of Grosman Family Chiropractic Clinic located in Greensboro, North Carolina.  Since the founding of the clinic in 1979, Dr. Grosman has served the community, providing quality Chiropractic care. 

He was born in St. Louis, Missouri and moved back to North Carolina at an early age, growing up in Thomasville.  He attended Davidson County Community College and Western Carolina University earning a BS in Human Biology. He returned to St. Louis where he graduated from Logan University earning his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1977.  After graduation he began his career at Jackson – Grosman Clinic of Chiropractic in  Thomasville, NC. He is a veteran, having served for 6 years in the Army National Guard.

In the many years that Dr. Grosman has been in practice, he has made sure to be a part of his community. As a member of the North Carolina Chiropractic Association, he served as president of the NCCA Central District along with other positions on the executive board. He was the chairman of the Ethics and Grievance Committee of the NCCA for 17 years. He is also a member of the American Chiropractic Association. 

Dr. Grosman enjoys networking with others and giving back where he can by being a charter member and past president of the Rotary Club of Guilford, a board member for Youth of North Carolina, and on the executive board of directors for Health Network Solutions, Inc. One of his proudest moments is when his son, Dr. Nick Grosman, joined the practice in early 2022

Dr. Grosman has a passion for missions and has gone on several trips to Managua, Nicaragua to provide support to the Managua Christian Academy, a school serving underprivileged children.

In his free time, he enjoys snow skiing and scuba diving, having logged over 100 dives. He also enjoys landscaping, cooking, hiking, photography, reading and walking on the beach and spending time with his wife, Linda.

Nick Grosman

Dr. Nick Grosman

Dr. Nick was born and raised in Greensboro, NC.  He attended Greensboro Day School for his K-12 education and played violin in several orchestras, including the Greensboro Youth Symphony Junior Strings. He earned his B.A. at UNC-Greensboro and went to Chiropractic School at Life University in Marietta, Georgia where he developed his passion for serving others through Chiropractic—and his aversion to Atlanta traffic.  He enjoys spending time chasing squirrels with his dog Gracie, hiking, scuba diving, reading, target and clay shooting, and snowskiing.
