Worth HammerWhen I quite suddenly developed constant, excruciating, debilitating lower back and leg pain, my instinctive first course of action was to contact a physician. After several inconclusive examinations and referrals most significantly requiring arduous travel, I was sufficiently discouraged and uncertain about how to proceed with the ever increasing, unrelenting pain. Quite by chance a neighbor observed my desperate use of crutches at my mailbox and suggested I go to see Dr. Grosman. It was so much easier to simply make just one phone call which was immediately answered by a receptionist at the Grosman Family Chiropractic Clinic, than to attempt to navigate the maze of phone menus and appointment schedules to which I had previously been subjected. It took only minutes to arrange an appointment on the following day for an evaluation for which I was not charged and under no obligation. The immediate, unmistakable impression I had, unlike what I had encountered elsewhere, was how Dr. Grosman so directly expressed his concern for my obvious incapacitation and suffering. He was honest with me about the severity of my condition and made sure I understood that there was a possibility he could not dramatically reverse what I was to learn is subluxation. He also encouraged me to start right away with gentle physical adjustments and painless electrical stimulation that could at least give me some measure of relief. After the first two initial treatment visits, I began to notice significantly reduced pain and a somewhat increased ease of motion, most importantly, without crutches. Now, months later, as a result of brief visits twice a week for less than one hour each time I am now free of pain, walking normally and continuing to strengthen my lower back by following a specific, easy to follow exercise schedule which I am able to do each day at home. My thanks to the clinic staff and Dr. Grosman's focused care cannot be more sincere or appreciated. He and I both are impressed at how the body can heal itself if specialized intervention is allowed to interrupt the progress of years of wear and tear. If you decide to visit the Grosman Family Clinic you can expect and be impressed with a friendly, unhurried, tranquil experience so different from today's hectic medical healthcare environment.
